Peach Vanilla Sourdough Discard Scones
Scones are a wonderful way to use up sourdough discard, and these peach vanilla beauties are perfect for summer. Delicately sweet and tender, they pair perfectly with iced tea or cold brew.
Ingredients:

1 cup sourdough discard

2 cups flour
-
2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

1 tsp peach concentrate
-
1/2 tsp vanilla concentrate

1/2 cup diced fresh or canned peaches
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly.

Mix discard and flavor concentrates into dough.

Fold in peaches. Shape into a circle on a floured surface.

Cut into 8 wedges and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 18–20 minutes or until lightly browned.
