Gingerbread Cream Parfaits

These Gingerbread Cream Parfaits are the perfect mini dessert for holiday parties, family gatherings, or a sweet treat by the fireplace. With layers of spiced cookie crumbs and creamy filling, they’re as beautiful as they are delicious.
Ingredients (makes ~8 mini parfaits):

1 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs

250 g (≈9 oz) cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup powdered sugar

½ cup heavy cream, whipped until soft peaks

1 tsp cinnamon

2 drops Gingerbread flavour concentrate

1 drop Cinnamon flavour concentrate (optional for extra warmth)
How to Make:

Prepare the base: Layer 2–3 tablespoons of gingerbread crumbs at the bottom of each mini cup or glass.

Make the cream filling: Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream together. Add the gingerbread and cinnamon flavour concentrates, along with ground cinnamon, until smooth.

Assemble the parfaits: Spoon the cream filling over the cookie crumbs. Repeat layers if desired.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Serve: Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed gingerbread cookies. Optional: add a tiny gingerbread man for a festive touch!
