Ethyl Maltol is an organic compound that is a common flavour enhancer / sweetener in confectionary and various other applications.
TIP: Warm the propylene glycol in the microwave (3-4 seconds), then add ethyl maltol powder to the warm propylene glycol. Shake until cooled. Repeat process until completely dissolved. Add more or less to suit your taste.
