Formulated to perform in low-fat and low-sugar recipes, each flavour comes pre-blended with colour for convenience.
Usage is simple – just 1 tablespoon adds bold flavour and vibrant colour to 1 quart (1 litre) of your favourite ice cream base, shake, or smoothie.
Suggested Starting Usage Levels:
- Ice Cream / Yogurt Base: 1 Tbsp per 1 quart
- Bulk Ice Cream / Yogurt: 1–2 oz (0.7–1.4%) per 1 gallon
- Milkshakes, Smoothies, Protein Drinks: 1–2 tsp per 16 oz
- Cakes: 1–3 tsp per standard size
- Cookies: 1–3 tsp per standard batch
- Frostings: 1–2 tsp per 3 cups
- Beverages (Cocktails, Tea, Sparkling Water, Lemonade): ½ tsp per 8 oz / 1–2 tsp per 1 litre
