Bilberry by Flavour Art
Stronger than most FA fruits, so keep it low for best results. This is fresh-picked Bilberry flavour European blueberries. They are more flavourful, a bit “darker” and “wilder” tasting than cultivated American blueberries and not as sweet. Blends well with other dark fruits and berries, like Black Cherry, Pomegranate, Blackcurrant and Raspberry etc. Great for adding blueberry flavour to bakery type recipes (start at 0.5%). Creams also compliment this flavour nicely.
Ingredients: Artificial Flavour, Propylene Glycol.
Soluble in water.
Suggested usage: 2-3%
