How to Pick Up Orders

 

Office | Pick-up Depot (HOURS: Monday to Friday 10am - 4:30pm)

Our pick up depot may be used for customers who wish to pick up their pre-paid order from our depot in Barrie, Ontario.

Step 1 - Choose local pick-up (Barrie, Ontario) from the shipping options

Local pick-up is currently only offered from our Barrie, Ontario location. Simply choose 'Local Pick up' when asked for shipping options when checking out.

Step 2  - Wait for notification

You will be notified with a second email when your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are processed and ready for pick-up the following business day.

Step 3 - Pick-up your order

Once you receive notification that your order is ready, you may then pick up your order - Valid government issued photo ID required. Pick up Depot Hours of operation are: Monday to Friday from 10am to 4:30pm.

 

*Please remember that orders cannot be held at our depot and must be picked up within the time frame you were assigned.
